Unknown vase with Ribbon of colored glass applied to the outside

Description	:	Unknown vase with Ribbon of colored glass applied to the outside. Possibly by Thomas & Sons Webb 1832 to 1930's. They are still in business today at Webb's Crystal Glass Co. Ltd. Also possible it is a recent import from China. The glass is good quality but very thick on the bottom and uneven, no pontil. The draping comes in blue, red, yellow or green. Lulu2
