Unknown European server with gold clover decoration, circa 1920-1930s.

Description	:	The server is possibly Bohemian. The handle is a ball on top of a hollow conical stem. The gold decoration is similar to those made by Moser. It is 4-1/8 inches wide x 3-1/4 tall x 1-inch handle x no collar. Donated by Inez
