Hobbs Glass Insert 4 inch, Large Hobnail, circa 1891

Description	:	It is 4" tall, with a opening width of 2 7/16" ID & 2 11/16" OD. The problem is that the hobnails extend all the way to the bottom of the tumbler and it will not sit level. I suspect it is something besides a tumbler. Donated by Norman
